NEW BUSINESS
1. Operational Review of Waterfront Pool/Fitness Centre
A review was presented to the Committee concerning the hours of Operation at the Waterfront Pool/Fitness Centre. The recommendation is to close the Centre at 8:00 pm instead of 10:00 pm on Friday and Saturdays, and that the Centre remain open later for special events was agreed upon and will be brought to Council for approval. The number of users at the facility over the year 2003 were less than 150 which does not warrant the expense of keeping the Facility open.

CJTT expressed interest in a reciprocal agreement for equipment rentals. The Committee has agreed to rent the equipment.
