The original scheduled opening date for this tender was March 4, 2026. A formal cancellation notice was issued on March 5, 2026.

In accordance with the procurement provisions outlined in the tender document, the City has elected to cancel this Request for Tender at this time.

The City has advised that it will be reviewing the requirements for this RFT, and that a revised RFT will be released at a later date.
