Instructions for how to submit a bid is located within each bid solicitation. Please read the instructions carefully, and make note of the closing date and time.

Electronic Submission Process

For electronic submissions, Bidders shall submit a Proposal/ Bid in response to a bid solicitation (i.e., Request for Proposal, Request for Tender, Request for Quotation, or an Expression of Interest), by selecting the link below

Submissions must be in a pdf format, and can be no larger than 50 MB.

Bidders will receive an automatic email response to indicate that the submission has been received, and to contact the Municipal Clerk for submission opening details.
