The City of Temiskaming Shores has impounded the following animal in accordance with the Animal Control By-law.

• Colour/Markings: orange and white
• Gender: Male
• Approximate Age: Unknown
• Collar/Tags/Microchip: “None observed”
• Date & Time Found: Wednesday November 26, 7:00pm
• Location Found: Hwy 11B New Liskeard

Reclaiming This Animal

If you believe this may be your animal, please contact Animal Control at 705-672-3363 x4134 or splante@temiskamingshores.ca during regular business hours.

Owners will be required to provide proof of ownership and pay any applicable impound, boarding, licensing, or veterinary fees prior to release.

Unclaimed Animals

The retention of Dogs and Cats at the City facility is intended to be short-term and within the retention periods provided in the By-law, where possible.

Discretionary provisions will apply to situations as they arise that ensure the health and safety of Persons and Animals involved in the matter.

Impounding of Cats that cannot be clearly identified as owned pets is discouraged and shall be addressed by other means such as City sanctioned programs.
