Orange Level Winter Storm Warning (Environment Canada)
Severe weather is likely to cause significant disruption. Impacts may be widespread and/or last a few days.
Environment Canada has issued an Orange Level Winter Storm Warning, with snow beginning Sunday evening and continuing through Monday night.
Residents are asked to monitor weather conditions closely, drive with caution, and adjust travel plans accordingly.
Important Information for Residents
- Road maintenance and treatment will be prioritized based on road classification and conditions.
- Please refrain from parking vehicles on municipal roads to allow snowplows and maintenance equipment to operate safely and efficiently.
- Waste collection bins placed out on Monday, December 29, 2025, must not interfere with snow clearing operations.
- Severe weather may impact Temiskaming Transit operations. Updates will be communicated through the City’s website and social media channels.
