Royal Canadian Legion Branch 54 Haileybury Centennial Celebration

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 5 of By-law No. 2012-019 regarding an application for exemption to Section 4.5, Public Celebration – Gathering, of By-law No. 2012-019, being a by-law to prohibit and regulate certain noises within the City of Temiskaming Shores.

Purpose of Exemption To permit sounds or noises from or created by sound equipment, public address system, loud speaker, any musical or sound producing instrument, or similar devices.

Haileybury Harbour Place, Pavilion / Waterfront

Wednesday, July 15 to Saturday, July 18, 2026: 12:00 noon until 6:00 p.m. daily

Shelley Herbert-Shea Memorial Arena

  • Wednesday, July 15 to Thursday, July 16, 2026: 8:00 p.m. until 12:00 midnight daily
  • Friday, July 17 to Saturday, July 18, 2026: 8:00 p.m. until 2:00 a.m. daily

Public Meeting

Date: Tuesday, May 5, 2026

Time: The Public Meeting will take place during the Committee of the Whole Meeting scheduled to begin at 3:00 p.m.

Location: Council Chambers, 325 Farr Drive
