The City of Temiskaming Shores has received the following applications to amend the City of Temiskaming Shores Zoning By-law.

Proposed Amendment

The applicant is proposing a zoning by-law amendment to rezone the property from Highway Commercial (C2) to Low Density Residential (R2).

Current Official Plan and Zoning

The property is designated Mixed Use in the City of Temiskaming Shores Official Plan and is zoned Highway Commercial (C2) under the City of Temiskaming Shores Zoning By-law 2017-154.

Proposed Amendment

The applicant is proposing a zoning by-law amendment to rezone the property from Development (D) to Low Density Residential (R2).

Current Official Plan and Zoning

The property is designated Residential Neighbourhood in the City of Temiskaming Shores Official Plan and is zoned Development (D) under the City of Temiskaming Shores Zoning By-law 2017-154.

Written comments on this application may be forwarded to the City prior to the hearing.
