  • Significant Weather Event - Update 5:00PM
    Significant Weather Event Update
Municipal crews are continuing to clear roads, sidewalks, and parking lots following the snowfall. A full operational schedule will resume early Tuesday morning to improve travel conditions across the city.
Snowbank removal will be scheduled when conditions allow, in accordance with the City’ Winter Operations Plan.
Help our crews keep the roads safe:
    • Keep a safe distance from snowplows and other vehicles
    • Avoid parking on City roads or in City parking lots — parked vehicles make it difficult for plows to clear snow efficiently
To report an infrastructure emergency after hours:
    • 705-647-6200 and follow the prompts
    Weekday Reporting:
    • 672-3363 ext. 4 (Public Works)
Thank you for your continued patience and cooperation while crews work to restore normal conditions across the community. Stay safe and give plows plenty of room!

All municipal facilities remain closed. Temiskaming Transit will resume Tuesday.

Residents are encouraged to stay home where possible and use caution if travel is necessary.
