For Limited Income Pet Owners
The City of Temiskaming Shores is excited to announce our collaboration with East Village Animal Hospital for affordable cat and dog care clinics for limited income pet owners living within Temiskaming Shores. Community Care Clinic activities include:
- Spays
- Neuters
- Exams
- Vaccines

Program Qualifications (proof is required)
- Animal Owner must be a resident of the City of Temiskaming Shores.
- Animal Owner total household income must be below the following amounts:
- 1 income earner: $44,120
- 2 income earner: $53,698
- Animal must be registered with
- Temiskaming Shores Animal Services or be a Farm Animal.
Registration Required
- Registration is open on a first come first served basis.
- Proof of program qualifications must be submitted prior to the clinic date.
- Register for the Community Care Clinic by contacting the City Animal Control Officer.
