Zoning By-law: 5m
Subject Property: 7.26m

The property is designated Residential Neighbourhood in the City of Temiskaming Shores Official Plan and is zoned Low Density Residential (R2) in the City of Temiskaming Shores Zoning By-law 2017-154.
