The application proposes to rezone the subject land from General Commercial – Haileybury (C1A) to General Commercial – Haileybury Exception (C1A-#) to allow for a self storage facility as a permitted use.

The property is designated Town Centre in the City of Temiskaming Shores Official Plan.
