Place: Council Chambers at City Hall, 325 Farr Drive, Haileybury
The applicant is proposing to amend the zoning of the subject land from General Commercial (C1A) to General Commercial - Exception 2 (C1A-2) with special provisions to allow for a kennel to be a permitted use on the property with a maximum kennel space of 176 square feet. The property is designated Town Centre in the City of Temiskaming Shores Official Plan.
