A public hearing will be held to consider the Zoning By-law Amendment application:

Date: Tuesday, August 12, 2025
Time: 3:00 p.m.
Place: Council Chambers at City Hall, 325 Farr Drive, Haileybury

The applicant is proposing to amend the zoning of the subject land from General Industrial (M1) to High Density Residential - Exception (R4-X) with special provisions to permit the construction of two four plex residential buildings (8 dwelling units). The property is designated Residential Neighbourhood in the City of Temiskaming Shores Official Plan.
