The City of Temiskaming Shores has received the following application to amend the City of Temiskaming Shores Zoning By-law:

A public hearing will be held to consider the Zoning By-law Amendment application:

Date: Tuesday, September 2, 2025
Time: 3:00 p.m.
Place: Council Chambers at City Hall, 325 Farr Drive, Haileybury

The applicant is proposing to amend the zoning of the subject land from Highway Commercial (C2) to High Density Residential (R4) to permit the construction of two (2) residential buildings including eight (8) units for Phase 1 and the installation of site services for six (6) additional residential buildings for a total of 32 affordable units. Additional site-specific exceptions may be required.

The property is designated Mixed Use in the City of Temiskaming Shores Official Plan.
