A public hearing will be held to consider the Zoning By-law Amendment application:
Date: Tuesday, September 2, 2025
Time: 3:00 p.m.
Place: Council Chambers at City Hall, 325 Farr Drive, Haileybury
The applicant is proposing to amend the zoning of the subject land from Medium Density Residential (R3) to Medium Density Residential with Exception (R3-X) to permit the construction of two (2) residential buildings including four (4) units each. Additional site-specific exceptions may be required.
The property is designated Residential Neighbourhood in the City of Temiskaming Shores Official Plan.
