Notice is hereby given in accordance with By-law No. 2015-160 in respect to the City Council considering the sale of a vacant parcel of land on Seton Street, described as PLAN M105-NB LOT 228 LOT 229 PCL 7719SST, as described below and shown in the key map. 

Any person may attend the public meeting or provide written comments prior to the public meeting.

The Public Meeting will be held:
Date: Tuesday, July 8, 2025
Time: Public Meeting will take place during the Regular Council Meeting, which will begin immediately after the Committee of the Whole Meeting scheduled for 3:00pm
Location: Council Chambers (325 Farr Drive)

The public can provide input on the proposed sale, as follows:

  • Submit Comments in Writing: Persons wishing to provide comments may submit in writing, using the email address above, prior to 2:00 p.m. on Monday, July 7, 2025.
  • Register to Speak at the Meeting: Persons wishing to speak to Council must register with the Clerk prior to 2:00 p.m. on Monday, July 7, 2025, using the above-noted email or telephone number.

Proponent / Purpose: The owner of the adjacent residential properties (i.e. 688 Seton Street and BUCKE CON 4 PT LOT 11 PCL 22885SST), is seeking to purchase the vacant parcel to have contiguous property ownership for residential use.
