Proposal
The applicant is proposing to sever approximately 60 hectares of land from a portion of the property to be transferred to another party. The retained portion of the property will have an area of approximately 32 hectares, which is less than the required minimum lot area of 40 hectares. A concurrent Zoning By-law Amendment is proposed to permit the reduced lot area.

The subject property is designated Agricultural Land in the City of Temiskaming Shores Official Plan and is zoned Prime Agricultural – A1 in the City of Temiskaming Shores Zoning By-law.
